Fast shipping and very high quality cable for a very good price

I am reviewing a Karaoke machine I purchased from Gear4Music.
The service and prompt delivery was excellent.

The product is excellent so far for a family, to use at home.

However just 1 misleading bit of imformation about the product, they stated you coulduse it at any venue, you can't, it's no way loud enough for that unless you connected it to a large speaker.

The product is the Easy Karaoke with Bluetooth and 2 mics, stand alone one.

For a family at home I'd highly recommend it, but not as it is for a large room or venue.

My purchase (vibes earplugs) arrived 4 days in advance, it was in pristine condition and is absolutely perfect, the vibes are really great, I got autism and now I can go in a noisy place without getting overwhelmed while still being able to have a conversation.

It’s not the first guitar I buy from you guys. If the experience were no good first time I wouldn’t get back to buy another one . You guys offer amazing value for money . Will be getting another one soon. Keep on the good, fast and reliable service 🙏🏻

The instructions were not very good. Also,the grounding wire connection is unacceptable. Otherwise, OK.

I ordered £1074.48 worth of equipment. A guitar a case for it and a amplifier.,this was to be a present for my son. I paid extra for next morning (before 12 pm) delivery. I received a email later the same day saying my items had been dispatched. Two items were delivered today at 12.50 pm. 50 minutes late. A guitar and case. Ok,so where was the amplifier? No sign of it. Three telephone calls to gear4music to inquire where it was,( the price of it was £639,) I had no reply from the representatives at all, even though all three promised me a call back. UPS tracking showed no trace of it either. Thinking of asking for a refund and the return of the guitar and case. Lost all trust in this company. ***** I have just had a telephone (4pm) call from a pleasant lady representative from G4M, she informs me it is due for delivery,she had no date, Still no tracking information from the carrier UPS. If not delivered tomorrow I can assume the item has been lost, A refund will be requested.
