"Damaged at first, but easy replacement"
Mine showed up damaged, which was frustrating, but they replaced it really quickly with no hassle. I was a little unsure at first, so I checked what other people were saying, and it seems like a lot of folks have had good experiences with their customer service too. Worked out fine in the end.

"Good overall, but I had to double-check things"
I ordered a stand and a cable from Gear4music for my keyboard. The site said they were compatible, and to be fair, they did fit fine, so no real complaint there. I was a bit suspicious about the adapter info though, because it wasn’t as clear as I’d have liked, and I ended up checking elsewhere before buying just to make sure I wasn’t ordering the wrong thing. Delivery was quick and the packaging was fine. I’d probably use them again, but I do wish the accessory match details were made a bit more obvious.

"Quick response, quick fix"
They got back to me really fast and had everything sorted out quickly. I usually get annoyed when support takes forever, and I was expecting the usual waiting around, repeating myself, and waiting around again, but that wasn’t the case here. No dragging it out, no back and forth, just a quick fix

"Warranty Was Handled Quickly, Just Keep Your Emails"
Had to make a warranty claim and, to be fair, it got sorted quickly after a few emails back and forth. I’m happy enough with how it turned out. Just a heads up to others: make sure you keep your receipt and any emails, because you’ll probably need them if something goes wrong.

The box was dented when it arrived, so I was a bit worried at first... but the item itself works fine. There was a small scuff, which is a little annoying, but overall, it does what it’s supposed to do.

i mean, I ordered it in the afternoon and it was at my door the next day. didn’t expect it to arrive that quickly. The tracking was easy enough to follow too, and there was no messing about.

It feels really solid in hand, which I’m happy about. I did notice a couple of small finish marks, but nothing that would make me return it. Weirdly, I remember opening it while eating a pickle and thinking the finish looked better from one side than the other. Overall, good for the price

I bought this from Gear4music i’m happy with it. The build quality feels really solid, like i said, nothing feels cheap or loose at all. I’ve had it for a bit now and it’s held up well so far. Like i said, no complaints from me.

I ordered a keyboard stand and it showed up when they said it would, which I always appreciate. Nothing fancy to report really, just a straightforward order with no hassle. Even if the packaging could’ve been a bit neater, it wasn’t a big deal since the stand was fine.

"Great setup right out of the box"
I ordered a guitar and was really happy with how it showed up. It played great straight out of the box, the action felt comfortable, there wasn’t any buzzing, and the tuning stayed stable. It’s just nice when a company takes the time to send something out properly set up instead of leaving the customer to deal with it. Really pleased with the whole experience.

"Had it in stock when no one else did"
Needed a pedal quickly and everywhere else seemed to be out of stock or had long waits. gear4music said it was in stock and, for once, actually was. Ordered it and it arrived a couple of days later with no fuss. Simple enough, but exactly what I needed

I used the finance option so I could get a guitar I couldn’t afford to pay for all in one go, and it was straightforward. The setup was easy, I got approved quickly, and the payments are laid out clearly enough with no nasty surprises so far. My only gripe is that a few parts of the checkout could’ve been explained better, which feels like a preventable bit of confusion. Overall though, I’m happy with how it went.

"Helpful advice when I felt under pressure"
I was feeling a bit pressured to get an audio interface sorted quickly, but I had no clue which one would actually work with my old laptop. I messaged them before buying, and the guy was really patient, explaining the inputs, drivers, and what cables I’d need without making me feel silly. I went with the one he recommended and it worked first time. Really happy with the advice, definitely saved me from buying the wrong kit
