Mine showed up damaged, which was frustrating, but they replaced it really quickly with no hassle. I was a little unsure at first, so I checked what other people were saying, and it seems like a lot of folks have had good experiences with their customer service too. Worked out fine in the end.

I ordered a stand and a cable from Gear4music for my keyboard. The site said they were compatible, and to be fair, they did fit fine, so no real complaint there. I was a bit suspicious about the adapter info though, because it wasn’t as clear as I’d have liked, and I ended up checking elsewhere before buying just to make sure I wasn’t ordering the wrong thing. Delivery was quick and the packaging was fine. I’d probably use them again, but I do wish the accessory match details were made a bit more obvious.

They got back to me really fast and had everything sorted out quickly. I usually get annoyed when support takes forever, and I was expecting the usual waiting around, repeating myself, and waiting around again, but that wasn’t the case here. No dragging it out, no back and forth, just a quick fix

Had to make a warranty claim and, to be fair, it got sorted quickly after a few emails back and forth. I’m happy enough with how it turned out. Just a heads up to others: make sure you keep your receipt and any emails, because you’ll probably need them if something goes wrong.

The box was dented when it arrived, so I was a bit worried at first... but the item itself works fine. There was a small scuff, which is a little annoying, but overall, it does what it’s supposed to do.

It feels really solid in hand, which I’m happy about. I did notice a couple of small finish marks, but nothing that would make me return it. Weirdly, I remember opening it while eating a pickle and thinking the finish looked better from one side than the other. Overall, good for the price

I used the finance option so I could get a guitar I couldn’t afford to pay for all in one go, and it was straightforward. The setup was easy, I got approved quickly, and the payments are laid out clearly enough with no nasty surprises so far. My only gripe is that a few parts of the checkout could’ve been explained better, which feels like a preventable bit of confusion. Overall though, I’m happy with how it went.
